Here at Integrated Bodywork we customise a workout each week depending on your posture, strength, injury and fitness goals.
Classes are small groups of 4, running for 60 minutes. You work through a combination of matwork and equipment exercises at your own level. This means you attend a class time that suits your schedule rather than your level.
We start you off with an initial private consultation of 60 minutes, where we take your history, assess your posture and teach you the basic principals of Pilates. Then you are ready to move on to a group class.
Because our classes are small, time slots may be limited initially. We can discuss the most convenient times for you and let’s see if our availability matches yours.

Most participants reserve a regular session time. Please contact the studio for class availability. It would help if you think about options for what days and times are best for you using the timetable below as a guide. We will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability. Many clients start by filling casual vacancies to get a feel for what time suits best.
